Extensive Job Openings Across All Departments
We are hiring for a wide range of full-time positions (8-hour shifts) across our various operational departments. We welcome applicants of all genders between the ages of 21 and 38. A high school diploma is the minimum educational requirement for these roles.
1. Retail and Sales Operations
Sales Assistant
Responsibilities: Provide an exceptional shopping experience by assisting customers with product selection, processing transactions, and maintaining a deep knowledge of store offerings. You will be responsible for stock replenishment, visual merchandising, and ensuring the sales floor is immaculate.
Cashier
Responsibilities: Efficiently and accurately process customer payments, handle returns and exchanges, and manage the cash register. You will be a key part of ensuring a smooth and positive final interaction with our shoppers.
Section Supervisor
Responsibilities: Lead a team of sales assistants within a specific department. You will be responsible for staff scheduling, performance management, achieving sales targets, and ensuring your section meets the highest standards of presentation and customer service.
Visual Merchandiser (New Role)
Responsibilities: Create stunning and commercially effective product displays in windows and on the shop floor. You will implement merchandising guidelines, work with new stock arrivals, and ensure the store's visual identity is compelling and on-brand.
2. Customer and Visitor Services
Visitor Receptionist / Guest Services Agent
Responsibilities: Act as the first point of contact for visitors at our information desks. Provide directions, sell gift cards, manage lost and found, and offer general assistance to ensure a seamless and enjoyable visitor experience.
Call Centre Operator
Responsibilities: Handle inbound calls from customers with inquiries about store hours, events, parking, and other services. Provide clear, professional, and helpful information over the phone.
Customer Service Manager
Responsibilities: Oversee the entire guest services operation. You will manage the reception and call centre teams, handle escalated customer complaints, and develop strategies to continuously improve the visitor experience across the centre.
3. Facilities and Centre Maintenance
Cleaner / Environmental Services Agent
Responsibilities: Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene throughout the centre, including public areas, restrooms, and food courts. You will be a crucial part of our team dedicated to providing a safe and pleasant environment for all visitors.
Maintenance Technician (New Role)
Responsibilities: Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs on the centre's facilities, including lighting, plumbing, and general fixtures. You will respond to maintenance requests and conduct preventative checks to ensure the centre runs smoothly.
Shopping Trolley Attendant
Responsibilities: Ensure shopping trolleys are collected efficiently from the car parks and throughout the centre, returning them to designated collection points. This role is vital for centre tidiness and customer convenience.
4. Security and Safety
Security Officer
Responsibilities: Ensure the safety and security of all visitors, tenants, and staff. Conduct regular patrols, monitor CCTV, respond to incidents, and provide a visible and reassuring security presence throughout the centre.
Parking Attendant
Responsibilities: Assist customers in our multi-story car parks, manage traffic flow during peak times, and provide support with payment machines and entry/exit barriers. You will help ensure a smooth and safe parking experience.
5. Logistics and Administration
Loading and Unloading Worker (Logistics Assistant)
Responsibilities: Manage the flow of goods in our delivery and loading bays. Assist retail tenants with the safe and efficient loading and unloading of stock from delivery vehicles.
Data Entry Clerk
Responsibilities: Accurately input a variety of data into our administrative systems, including sales figures, customer feedback, and operational reports. This role requires excellent attention to detail and typing speed.
IT Support Technician
Responsibilities: Provide first-level technical support to centre management and tenants. Troubleshoot issues with point-of-sale systems, Wi-Fi connectivity, and office hardware. Install and configure new equipment as needed.
6. Hospitality and Food & Beverage
Kitchen Assistant
Responsibilities: Support chefs in our food court kitchens by preparing ingredients, maintaining cleanliness, and assisting with basic cooking tasks. This is a great entry-level role for someone passionate about the food industry.
Barista (New Role)
Responsibilities: Prepare and serve high-quality coffee and other beverages in one of our many cafes. Provide friendly and efficient service, manage orders, and maintain a clean and welcoming coffee bar environment.
7. Events and Marketing
Events Planner / Coordinator
Responsibilities: Assist in the planning and execution of the centre's busy calendar of events, from seasonal festivals to fashion shows. You will coordinate with suppliers, tenants, and the marketing team to deliver memorable experiences for our visitors.
