We have openings for 10 distinct roles. Below are the detailed responsibilities for each position:

Facilities and Maintenance

1. Cleaning Specialist

1) Performing deep cleaning and sanitization of offices, public facilities, and commercial spaces.

2) Managing waste disposal and recycling according to Austrian environmental standards.

3) Monitoring cleaning supplies and restocking inventory as needed.

4) Adhering to strict hygiene protocols to ensure a safe environment for all.

2. Facilities Assistant (Utility)

1) Conducting routine maintenance checks on building systems and public facilities.

2) Performing minor repairs (plumbing, lighting, furniture) and general upkeep.

3) Assisting with the setup of rooms for events or meetings.

4) Collaborating with external contractors for major repair works.

Construction and Manual Labor

3. Construction Worker

1) Assisting with various construction tasks including site preparation and material handling.

2) Operating basic construction machinery and hand tools safely.
