Available Positions

We are currently recruiting for three key positions to strengthen our academic team. Each role plays a vital part in our educational ecosystem, and we are looking for candidates who are not just instructors, but mentors and role models.

1. Kindergarten Teacher (KG)

Role Overview:

The Kindergarten Teacher at EAS is responsible for creating a warm, engaging, and safe environment for our youngest learners. This is a pivotal role that sets the foundation for a child's educational journey. You will introduce children to the basics of literacy, numeracy, and social interaction through play-based learning and structured activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Designing and implementing age-appropriate lesson plans that align with the American curriculum standards for early childhood education.
  • Fostering a creative and inclusive classroom atmosphere where every child feels valued and encouraged to explore.
  • Utilizing a variety of teaching aids, including storytelling, music, art, and sensory play, to enhance cognitive and motor skills.
  • Monitoring behavioral development and social skills, helping children navigate their first steps in a social setting.
  • Maintaining open and consistent communication with parents regarding their child's progress, milestones, and daily activities.

2. Arabic Language Teacher

Role Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated Arabic Language Teacher to instill a love for the Arabic language and literature in our students. In this role, you will be responsible for teaching Arabic to both native and non-native speakers (depending on assignment), ensuring that students develop strong reading, writing, and speaking skills in accordance with the Ministry of Education standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Delivering comprehensive Arabic language lessons that cover grammar, comprehension, literature, and composition.
  • Using modern teaching methodologies and technology to make learning Arabic engaging and relevant to contemporary students.
  • Organizing cultural activities and events, such as Arabic Language Day, to celebrate and promote the richness of the language.

3. Islamic Studies Teacher

Role Overview:

We are looking for an educator who can convey the beautiful teachings of Islam, the Holy Quran, and the Sunnah in a manner that inspires students to embody these values in their daily lives. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Islamic jurisprudence and history.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Teaching the Islamic Studies curriculum as prescribed by the UAE Ministry of Education, covering Quranic recitation (Tajweed), Hadith, Seerah, and Islamic ethics (Akhlaq).
  • Guiding students in understanding and memorizing selected Surahs from the Holy Quran.
  • Facilitating discussions on contemporary issues from an Islamic perspective, encouraging critical thinking and moral reasoning.

Requirements and Qualifications
