Production & Manufacturing Operations
Production Worker
Key Responsibilities:
- Supporting the daily operations of the paperboard manufacturing line
- Monitoring production processes to ensure continuous flow
- Feeding raw materials into machinery according to specifications
- maintaining a clean and safe workspace around production units
Machine Operator (Training Available)
Key Responsibilities:
- Operating complex machinery used in paper processing and finishing
- Adjusting machine settings to meet product quality requirements
- Troubleshooting minor technical issues during operation
- Participating in training to master advanced equipment
Paper Packer
Key Responsibilities:
- Packing finished paperboard products into protective materials
- Ensuring packaging meets international shipping standards
- Labeling packages accurately for tracking and delivery

Waste Processing Assistant
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing industrial waste generated during the production process

Sorting Worker

- Inspecting and sorting raw materials before processing

Logistics & Warehousing
Warehouse Assistant
Key Responsibilities:
- Organizing inventory within the warehouse facility
- Conducting stock counts and reporting discrepancies

- Keeping the warehouse aisles clear and safe for operations
Forklift Assistant
Key Responsibilities:
- Assisting certified forklift drivers in moving heavy pallets
- Guiding drivers in tight spaces to ensure safety
- Manually stacking or unstacking goods when necessary
- Checking pallets for stability and damage before transport
Loader / Unloader
Key Responsibilities:
- Physically loading finished goods onto trucks and containers
- Unloading raw materials and supplies from delivery vehicles
- Verifying shipment contents against delivery notes

Internal Logistics Assistant
Key Responsibilities:
- Transporting materials between different production departments

- Using hand trucks and pallet jacks to move goods

Packaging Assistant

Requirements and Core Competencies
General Qualifications
