Logistics & Product Handling

Packaging and Wrapping Specialist (12 Vacancies)

This role is fundamental to maintaining the quality and presentation of products sold within the Markthal. You will ensure that goods reach customers in perfect condition.

Key Responsibilities:

• Packaging and wrapping fresh produce and products according to high quality standards
• Inspecting items before packaging to ensure safety and freshness
• Organizing stock and arranging goods within the storage areas
• Executing packaging schedules accurately as directed by management
• Collaborating with the team to ensure tasks are completed swiftly
• Reporting any faults or issues in the packaging lines immediately
• Participating in safety training to enhance performance
• Assisting with special event preparations and bulk packaging when required

Sales & Financial Transactions

Cashier

The Cashier provides a seamless checkout experience, combining speed and accuracy with a warm welcome for every visitor.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greeting customers warmly and processing sales transactions efficiently
• Handling cash and credit card payments with honesty and transparency
• Issuing receipts and invoices with high accuracy
• Assisting with financial record-keeping and inventory tracking
• Answering customer inquiries regarding prices and current offers
• Participating in periodic stock counts in coordination with management
• Ensuring a smooth payment process to guarantee customer satisfaction
• Adhering to the center's financial policies and procedures

Customer Support

Customer Service Representative

As the human face of the Markthal, you will address visitor inquiries and provide essential support, ensuring a friendly and personalized communication experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Responding to visitor questions in person or via the information desk
• Providing accurate information about mall services, store locations, and events
• Managing schedules for visits and tours as requested
• Coordinating with different departments to ensure quick resolution of customer issues
• Monitoring customer feedback and submitting periodic reports to management
• Contributing to the development of mechanisms to improve the visitor experience
• Providing immediate support to customers in case of complaints or emergencies
• Strictly following approved customer service protocols

Requirements and Core Competencies

General Qualifications
