Urgently Hiring: Project Manager for a Long-Term Building Project in Qatar

We are seeking experienced and highly qualified professionals to join our team for a nearly 3-year building project in Qatar. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic project focused on creating world-class educational facilities, such as schools and academies, with an emphasis on quality and precision.

Position: Project Manager

Key Responsibilities - Project Manager:

• Oversee all aspects of the building project, ensuring quality, budget, and timeline compliance.
• Lead and manage teams across various disciplines, including contractors, consultants, and on-site staff.
• Develop and implement detailed project plans, including scheduling and resource allocation.
• Ensure compliance with Public Works Authority (PWA) standards and guidelines.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to address project requirements, changes, and challenges.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and adherence to safety standards.
• Prepare and submit progress reports, budgets, and technical documents as required.
• Ensure all construction phases are completed to the highest standards of quality and efficiency.
• Manage risk assessments and implement effective mitigation strategies.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and regulatory authorities.

Qualifications & Requirements - Project Manager:

1. 20+ years of experience in building projects, with a strong focus on schools, academies, and related educational facilities.
2. Extensive experience with Public Works Authority (PWA) projects in Qatar.
3. UPDA Grade A certification is mandatory.
4. Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills.
5. Proven ability to manage multi-disciplinary teams and complex building projects.
6. Proficiency in project management tools and software is preferred.

Eligibility Criteria:

Candidates must be currently residing in Qatar.

Immediate availability is required.

A transferable QID and NOC are mandatory for consideration.
