Mechanical Engineering and Supervision

Mechanical Supervisor

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Mechanical Supervisor to lead our site operations. The ideal candidate will possess robust expertise in HVAC systems, gas suppression systems, fire fighting infrastructure, and plumbing. This pivotal role involves overseeing site installation activities, system testing and commissioning, and ensuring strict compliance with high industry standards and safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervising the installation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC systems, including Air Handling Units (AHU), Fan Coil Units (FCU), and Chillers
• Leading the installation and testing processes for gas suppression systems such as FM200 and Novec1230
• Overseeing the installation and maintenance of fire fighting systems and plumbing infrastructure
• Managing the installation and operation of copper and HDPE (High-Density Polyethylene) piping systems
• Ensuring all work complies with rigorous safety regulations and industry standards
• Coordinating effectively with project managers, engineers, and stakeholders to meet project timelines
• Providing technical guidance, mentorship, and support to the site team

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
• Minimum of 3-5 years of supervisory experience in mechanical systems installation and maintenance
• Proven expertise in HVAC systems, site installation, and system commissioning
• Experience with gas suppression systems (FM200, Novec1230) and fire fighting infrastructure
• Proficiency in plumbing and piping systems, specifically copper and HDPE
• Strong leadership capabilities and team management skills
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings and specifications
• Relevant certifications (HVAC certification, Safety certificates) are highly desirable

Planning Engineer

Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled Planning Engineer to join our strategic team. The successful candidate will possess a strong background in planning and project management and will play a key role in ensuring the successful execution of projects within established timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Developing and maintaining detailed project plans and comprehensive schedules
