Available Positions

We are recruiting for 5 distinct roles that are essential to our daily operations. These positions offer a mix of logistical, technical, and manual challenges.

1. Load and Unload Worker (Logistics)

Role Overview

As a Load and Unload Worker, you are the critical link in our supply chain. You will be responsible for the safe and efficient movement of raw materials entering the factory and finished products leaving for distribution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Loading finished goods onto trucks using manual techniques or pallet jacks.
  • Unloading raw materials and verifying shipment contents against delivery notes.
  • Securing loads to prevent damage during transport.
  • Organizing the docking area to ensure safety and efficiency.
  • Reporting any damaged goods or discrepancies immediately.

2. Maintenance Technician

Role Overview

Our production lines rely on sophisticated machinery. As a Maintenance Technician, you will ensure that all equipment operates at peak performance, minimizing downtime and ensuring safety.

Key Responsibilities

  • Performing preventive maintenance on industrial machines and conveyor systems.
  • Diagnosing mechanical, electrical, or hydraulic faults and repairing them promptly.
  • Calibrating instruments to ensure product precision.
  • Documenting maintenance activities and ordering spare parts.

3. Production Worker

5. Warehouse Assistant

Role Overview

This role involves managing the inventory that keeps the factory running. You will organize stock, prepare orders for production, and ensure the warehouse runs like clockwork.

  • Receiving stock and placing it in designated shelving locations.
  • Picking materials for production lines based on daily schedules.
