1. Mechanical Engineer (Innovation & Development)
Role Overview
As a Mechanical Engineer in our Manufacturing Development department, your primary goal is to craft and develop mechanical concepts and solutions to optimize our packaging lines. You will join a collaborative team that supports one another in finding new ways to improve processes. Your tasks will be highly varied, ranging from idea generation and designing mechanical solutions to testing and coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Design & Drafting: Creating detailed mechanical designs using CAD systems such as SolidWorks, AutoDesk Inventor, and Creo.
- Optimization: improving designs based on test interpretations and bringing ideas to life through implementation in our global production network.
- Project Coordination: Providing support to ongoing projects and leading smaller technical workstreams based on your expertise.
- Global Collaboration: Engaging with stakeholders, including production specialists, across sites in Denmark, China, Brazil, France, and the USA. (Note: This position requires 2-4 weeks of travel per year).
- Problem Solving: Troubleshooting complex mechanical issues on the packaging lines to minimize downtime and ensure efficiency.
2. Process Technician / Automation Technician
Role Overview
Technicians are the backbone of our daily operations. In this role, you will ensure that our sophisticated production equipment runs smoothly and complies with strict GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) standards. You will bridge the gap between mechanical maintenance and process monitoring.
Key Responsibilities
- Performing preventive and corrective maintenance on production machinery and robotics.
- Calibrating instruments and ensuring all equipment documentation is up to date.
- Monitoring process parameters (temperature, pressure, flow) during active production batches.
- Assisting engineers in the installation and qualification (IQ/OQ/PQ) of new equipment.
- Troubleshooting PLC errors and assisting with automation system updates.
3. Production Worker (Operator)
Role Overview
Our Production Workers operate the lines that fill, assemble, and package our life-saving medicines. This is a vital role that requires attention to detail, a strong sense of responsibility, and the ability to work in a sterile or controlled environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Operating filling and packaging machines according to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Conducting visual inspections of products to ensure quality (checking for particles, cracks, or labeling errors).
- Maintaining strict hygiene standards (cleaning and sanitizing the production area).
- Documenting production data accurately in logbooks and digital systems.
- Participating in LEAN initiatives to improve workflow efficiency.
Requirements and Qualifications
